Arbogast is tasked with the development and coordination of the company’s public policy efforts across the corporation.

“Rebecca is an extraordinarily talented thought leader who has done a terrific job heading the combined company’s public policy efforts,” said. Cohen. “Since joining the company, she has contributed wise counsel and invaluable business and industry insight on some of the most important strategic business, legal and regulatory matters impacting Comcast and the media and technology industry. She has been an indispensable member of our Washington office as well as our company and I look forward to working with her over the months and years to come.”

Arbogast holds a law degree from Yale Law School and a master’s degree from the University of Iowa. She has taught constitutional law at Johns Hopkins School of Public Policy and global communications at American University.
