HARTING now offers live support through their VideoCall an Expert service. HARTING developed this service as part of their commitment to supporting their customers in all phases of their projects.
This could be useful to the wind industry, especially when wind technicians are 100-m off the ground in the turbine nacelle and are struggling with a challenge.
This service is free and will be available at HARTINGVideoCall.com or through the HARTING USA website. Customers will be able to call from their Apple or Android device or through their computer. HARTING will offer two ways of using this service: customers can either “Schedule a VideoCall” to select a time in the future or “VideoCall an Expert Now” to set up a face-to-face with one of HARTING’s Field Applications Engineers within minutes.
HARTING knows their customers’ time is valuable and downtime means a loss in revenue.
“We want to make problem solving simple for our customers,” said Jon DeSouza, President and CEO of HARTING of North America, “If an engineer has an issue they can use VideoCall to show the problem to one our Field Application Engineers and get help in real time, saving them time and headache while increasing productivity.”
