UAF Announces New Website

Universal Air Filter Co. has a new Website (www.uaf.com). Under each item in the expandable sidebar, there are links to other, more specific pages. The first item in the sidebar includes links to product pages (each has its own page). Product pages have banners with pictures of various filter frame styles and options.

The next item in the sidebar includes separate links to seven of the most popular design applications, including telecom, power generation, broadband/CATV communications, computer networking, defense electronics, medical equipment, and HVAC.

The other items in the sidebar include links to pages on Design Tools, Prototypes, and more. This layout structure makes finding specific information faster and more efficient.

Three large colored blocks, easily located on the UAF home page, link to useful design tools, such as 3D CAD models, a free prototype service, and aftermarket filtration.

Online order forms to request a quote and an easy-access sign-up form to receive a free online newsletter also are available on the new site.

A free, ‘round-the-clock prototype service is available to engineers worldwide at www.uaf.com. The Internet-submitted prototype request form, or a quick phone call, fax, or E-mail, is generally all it takes to process, produce, and ship the custom prototype within five working days.

Universal Air Filter products meet the following standards and classifications: UL 94 HF-1; UL 900 Class 2, CE; Telcordia NEBS GR-78-CORE and GR-63-CORE; and RoHS Compliance. When used as part of a fire enclosure, they can also be configured to comply with flame-drip requirements described in UL 60950 and EN 60950.
