RFMW (San Jose, CA) announced design and sales support for a 50 ohm absorptive switch from TriQuint. The TQC0015 internal terminations can handle a maximum CW power of up to 2W. This performance is enhanced with an enable-pin functionality and compatibility with 1.8 or 3.3V control signals, making the TQC0015 useful in small cell applications. Features include:
- Typical isolation at 1GHz is 60dB.
- Associated insertion loss of 0.5dB for performance in test equipment applications. Linearity (IIP3) rated at 56dBm.
- Supports operation to 6GHz.
