Terryville, CT – AMCI announces recent mechanical advancements made to the R11 (size 11 resolvers) that increase reliability and maximize equipment uptime. Available with over 50 different configurations, AMCI’s industry standard size 11 resolvers are easily crossed as direct replacement resolvers in a number of applications.

Additional options recently made available for OEM, Military and other applications include radiation hardened, submersible, and gearhead units.

AMCI can customize any R11 resolver for OEM and large volume customers.Customizations include:

• Shaft Details (length, width, flats, etc.)
• Wiring (lead length, wire type, and termination)
• Mechanical (mounting options, custom bodies, environmental sealing to IP67)
• Radiation Hardened
• Gearhead Units
• Submersible
• Electrical Characteristics

AMCI’s standard R11X-J series resolvers are in-stock and available to ship within 24 hours of receipt. “When customers call in to cross our resolvers with those from other manufacturers they are often surprised by the low cost and sheer quantity of units that we have in stock,” said Dave Johnston, Inside Sales Representative, AMCI. One piece orders are welcome for standard resolvers. AMCI has designed and manufactured their resolvers for over 20 years. This approach has enabled the company to bring products to market quicker, and ship 100% tested products to customers faster. With over 50 different electrical and mechanical variations available, AMCI’s size 11 resolver sensors can be easily crossed with most other size 11 resolvers in the market.

AMCI offers a wide variety of resolver interface modules that provide 100% compatibility with today’s most popular PLC platforms.
