Balluff unveils upgraded BOD 63M Time-of-flight laser sensor. This photoelectric sensor has been completely revamped with a shorter 200 mm dead zone, a second discrete output, and enhanced resolution of less than 1 mm.
The BOD 63M still features a sensing range of 6m, suitable for many long range applications such as steel ingot measurement, precise material movement and hopper level detection. The BOD 63M is able to sense minute variations in targets up to almost 20 feet away.
Balluff’s BOD 63M is suitable for a range of tasks such as error proofing in assembly, packaging, printing, metal processing, anywhere specific positioning or accurate long range measurement is needed.
