Crystek Crystals announces the release of a 245.760 MHz SAW Clock Oscillator (in single frequency band), the CCSO-914X-245.760. Crystek designed the module using proprietary circuitry and SAW (surface acoustic wave) resonator technology to provide ultra-low jitter/phase noise performance with true SineWave output. The resulting oscillator features -150 dBc/Hz phase noise at 10 KHz offset and a noise floor of -169 dBc/Hz.
Crystek’s CCSO-914X-245.760 comes in a 9x14mm SMT package. With 3.3V and 5V input voltage available, it generates a true-sinewave with +8dBm min. output power. The new CCSO has no sub-harmonics; second harmonic is -20dBc typical. The CCSO-914X-245.760 operates from -40°C to +85°C.
Applications include: analog-to-digital (A/D) converters, system clocks for network clock generators/synchronizers; clocks for DDS; test and measurement; avionics; point-to-point radios; and multi-point radios.
