Deublin now sells SRC and SRD electrical slip rings for use in packaging machines common in the pharmaceutical and food and beverage industries — as well as other consumable-goods industries.
The new SRC and SRD model slip rings are based on a modular, configurable design with up to 40 electrical channels that can operate at speeds to 250 rpm — for rapid product selection and shorter overall lead times.
They excel in modern packaging processes that demand more capability and productivity than ever from machines. These increased demands necessitate more data that moves at extremely fast speeds up to 100 Mbps in some cases. Deublin’s SRC and SRD slip rings minimize brush debris to ensure data transmission integrity — and they protect against the increased amount of electromagnetic interference (EMI) present in many manufacturing environments.
