J107F Series Relay from CIT Relay & Switch

Minneapolis, Minnesota ‚– The J107F Series relay offered by CIT Relay & Switch is UL F Class rated standard. Small in size and robust this relay is UL certified at many loads including 20A at 125VAC/16VDC and 1/3hp at 277VAC. The rugged J107F is low in cost and offers coil power choices of .36W, .45W and .80W. Coil voltage choices range from 3VDC to 48VDC.

Contact Data: Contact arrangements are 1A = SPST N.O., 1B = SPST N.C., & 1C = SPDT. Contact ratings are 6A@277VAC, 10A@250VAC & 28VDC. 12A@125VAC & 28VDC, 15A@125VAC, 20A@125VAC & 16VDC, 1/3 HP @ 125/277VAC. Contact resistance is less than 50 milliohms; contact material is AgSnO2. Maximum switching power is 2500VA, 420W. Maximum switching voltage is 380VAC, 100VDC. Maximum switching current is 20A.


General Data: Electrical life is 100k cycles with mechanical life of 10M cycles. Insulation resistance is 100MW minimum at 500VDC. Coil to contact dielectric strength is 1500V rms minimum with contact to contact dielectric strength at 75V rms minimum. Shock resistance is 100m/s2 for 11ms with vibration resistance of 1.5mm double amplitude. Operating temperature is -55‚°C to 125‚°C and storage temperature of -55‚°C to 155‚°C. Solderability is 260‚°C for 5 seconds.
