Lithium Coin Cell Holders

— The call for secure retention of #2450 Lithium Coin Cells with low profile holders has been met by Keystone Electronics Corp. These new holders are extremely rugged and ideal for retaining cells securely under shock and vibration in high-density applications for PCB requirements.

These polarized coin cell holders feature dual-spring contacts and are supplied on tape and reel (Part #1054TR) and in bulk (Part #1054). Importantly, the holders may be used with most vacuum and mechanical pick-and-place assemblies. Manufacture is with .008‚”(.20 mm) thick Phosphor Bronze, Gold plate over a glass-filled LCP base, rated UL 94V-0. Polystyrene carriers, meeting ANSI/EIA-481 standards, are utilized for tape and reel parts with 13.0 inch reels to hold 450 parts on 24mm pitch, 44mm wide tapes.

In addition to a comprehensive line of interconnect hardware and components, Keystone provides application engineering services for product modification and special design requirements, supported by pro-active stamping, machining and assembly operations.
