RFMW (San Jose, CA) announced design and sales support for three new TriQuint Bulk Acoustic Wave (BAW) filters serving the wireless infrastructure market: the TQQ7303, targeted at Band 3 Uplink applications at 1747.5MHz; the TQQ7307, targeted at Band 7 Uplink applications at 2535MHz; and the 885069, targeted at Band 40 applications. All three filters offer low in-band insertion loss and high out-of-band attenuation coupled with the improved performance and power handling capability of BAW. Features include:
- TQQ7303: A usable bandwidth of 75MHz with minimum attenuation of 45dB at 1805MHz, a significant improvement over competitive SAW devices.
- TQQ7307: 70MHz bandwidth with 32dB of attenuation and the TriQuint 885069 has 100MHz of usable pass band with 45dB min attenuation.
- TQQ7303 and TQQ7307: Offered in 3x3mm industry-standard ceramic packages hermetically sealed.
