Stewart Connector, a Bel group company, and world class manufacturer of RJ45 connectors used in Ethernet communications announces the release of the Single and Multiport SFP+ Cages, for high speed I/O solutions requiring reliable performance to support increasing data rates.
Stewart’s SFP+ Cages and Connectors are designed to support data speeds up 10Gbps for Ethernet and 16Gbps for Fibre Channel protocols. The SFP+ Cages are designed for maximum EMI protection and include press fit pins to provide secure printed circuit board mounting. Various heat sink options are available to dissipate the heat generated from high speed applications. Light pipes to visually signal connection and signal activity are also available. The SFP+ connectors are offered in SMT printed circuit board mount for single row connectors and are press fit designed for stacked configurations.
The Stewart Connector SFP+ Cage and Connector product line is specifically designed for network systems including Data Storage, Servers, Switches, Routers, and Telecommunications Equipment.
Product is available in distribution through Digi-Key and Mouser. For more information, download the Stewart Connector Single and Multiport SFP+ Cages brochure or for technical help, [email protected].
