Megan Geisleman
Trelleborg Sealing Solutions has appointed Megan Geisleman as the new Leadership Development Candidate (LDC). Trelleborg created the LDC role in 2018 to provide career-minded, young professionals an opportunity to work directly with key members of the Executive Management Team on strategic projects in preparation for assuming leadership roles in the business. Previous LDCs have been promoted to roles in distribution channel and engineering management.
“Megan is the perfect fit for the role because she is highly self-motivated, capable of managing a diverse workload, and seeks out professional development opportunities. This role will be a steppingstone for her to what should be a rewarding career with Trelleborg,” said Heather Castleman, Senior Director, Strategy & Marketing.
For the past three years, Geisleman has worked as a Project Manager on the Project Leadership Services Team. She helped launch critical projects and aided in the reorganization of the business unit. Prior to joining Trelleborg, Geisleman worked for Parkview Health in a project office coordinator role. She holds a master’s degree in Public Management from Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne, and bachelor’s of Business Administration degrees in both Healthcare and Human Resources Management from Trine University, Angola, Ind.
