Moorpark, CA — Kavlico has designed the P356 low pressure gage/differential pressure sensor for applications requiring long-term stability and an operational life in excess of ten years.

Available in pressure ranges of 0-0.5, 0-1, ±1, 0-3, and 0-5 PSI, the P356 provides a linear amplified voltage output proportional to pressure of 0.5 through 4.5 Vdc from a 5 Vdc regulated power supply. Featuring a brass housing and excellent EMI protection, this device has a response time of <10m sec and an operating temperature range of -20° to +125°C. Built-in reverse polarity and over-voltage protection allow for ease of installation while excellent hysteresis, repeatability, and linearity provide accurate measurement.
The P356 is packaged for high volume applications requiring a rugged, compact design while offering flexible configuration options for application-specific requirements. Key to the sensor’s high performance and low cost is Kavlico’s ceramic, variable capacitive sensing element and integral ASIC with hybrid circuit for reliable signal conditioning.
