Introducing a new, lower price on Oriental Motor’s high-strength V-Series AC motors. These high-strength motors use a special tooth-surface machining technology combined with an optimized quiet-running design that maintains the motor’s strength. Precision is ensured at micro levels due to high-accuracy assembly technology.
Maximum permissible torque is increased by up to two times the level of conventional AC motor gearheads. If the load condition changes, the gearhead’s strength can easily accommodate and there is no need to increase the size of the motor or gearhead. Specific torque is dependent on frame size.
The motor’s considerable strength is due to its rigid case, a proprietary side-panel construction and an optimized gear design. The larger diameter bearing serves to extend its useful life.
