The 225°C HTXO is a high shock, high temperature 5.0 x 7.5 mm surface mount oscillator. Designed for high reliability, the HTXO consists of a high shock crystal and a high temperature CMOS integrated circuit. Available at 3.3 V and 5.0 V, it is well suited for new designs as well as upgrades to existing designs.

This product is designed, manufactured, packaged, and tested in the United States; the package is exclusively designed for Statek by its sister company AdTech Ceramics. The HTXO is perfectly suited for the demanding environmental challenges found in the Gas & Oil industry. Utilizing Statek’s expertise in the field of shock and vibration survivability, our HTXO surface mount oscillator is designed to withstand both severe and cumulative shock events.

The HTXO is capable of achieving frequency accuracies of ±350 ppm over +25°C to +225°C with an operational temperature range of -55°C to +225°C. Data Sheet.
