Norstat now offers a two-hand control relay specifically designed for use with mechanical push buttons in two-hand applications.

The HR-2007 relay is a safety category 4, two-hand control relay designed specifically for dangerous work processes such as punching or pressing. The HR-2007’s simple design and slim 22.5-mm housing allows for fast and easy installation via user friendly connections and gives verification of the operation of both switches within 0.5 sec.

The HR-2700 has internal short-circuit monitoring and status/fault indication LEDs for displaying the status of the internal relays and outputs and for power of channel’s 1 and 2, thereby reducing troubleshooting time. Available voltages are 230 Vac and 24 V ac/dc. The HR-2007 carries a protection rating of IP 40 for housing and IP 20 for terminal block and can operate in temperatures ranging from -25° C to +55° C.
