Polycase, a U.S. manufacturer of electronic enclosures, has extended their NEMA 4X rated ML Series to include a new size option, the ML-46F. The new 6.13″ x 4.63″ x 2.44″ enclosure is designed for outdoor applications and is UL Listed to UL 508A, NEMA Type 1, 2, 4, 4X, 12 & 13 specifications. With a high-quality silicone gasket seal and UL94V-0 flame rating, the enclosure is competitively priced starting as low as $11.69 each.

NEMA 4X Rated ML Series of Plastic Electronic Enclosures

Molded in light gray UV-stabilized polycarbonate, the ML-46F offers a light gray or clear cover option. The form-fitted gasket makes the enclosure ideal for use in a wide range of environmental conditions, protecting internal electronic components from dust, dirt, and water. Additional features include molded on surface-mounting flanges, plastic mounting bosses, and brass inserts for cover on/off convenience.

Optional accessories for the ML Series include internal mounting panels and cable glands. The panels aid in mounting hardware inside the enclosure so the NEMA rating is not compromised on the unit. The cable glands help to maintain the waterproof seal where cables enter or exit the enclosure. With 25 years of experience in modification services, Polycase can add CNC machined cutouts and digital printing to any enclosure.
